With 150 auditors throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe we utilise our bespoke SMART risk platform to provide unparalleled floor plan audits for Captive and Independent funders
Our solution supports adherence with sub-hire facility funding, providing verification of funded assets and the suitability of the customer’s documentation, systems and controls.
Physical inspection of assets to confirm their existence, location and condition through GPS, date and time stamped photographic evidence. Also includes verification of asset description in line with the underlying finance agreement and supporting paperwork.
In partnership with Wilsons Auctions we provide an end-to-end solution for vehicle recovery and auction. Wilsons are the only auction company in the British Isles to offer national coverage. Together, we supply an asset recovery service on a same day basis.
Provision of a dealer retail related oversight auditing service to provide an independent review of the dealer’s sales processes, safeguarding both dealer and funder.

Founded in 1991, Auxiga (a trading name of Vehicle & Asset Solutions Ltd) has established itself as a market leader in the provision of outsourced audit services on behalf of independent and captive funders. We conduct a wide range of audits, including Wholesale Floor Plan, Sub Hire, Asset Inspection and Dealer Oversight audit services.
We operate across a broad spectrum of asset classes including:
